A Place to Call Home: Message From the Landlord - Welcome to a home where comfort, trust, and community come first. I've lived here for almost 20 years, and during that time, I've made sure my tenants feel just as at home as I do. My last tenant stayed for five years and often told me I was their best landlady because I provide an experience built on mutual respect and privacy. The fully renovated basement was designed with care; I made it a space I'd be happy to live in myself. The custom kitchen offers a pantry and plenty of storage, and the lighting, installed by my nephew (an electrician), is perfect -bright and airy when you need it, with dimmers to keep it cozy. The neighbourhood is a real gem. Everything you need is within walking distance: grocery stores, local markets, gyms, yoga, and even the golf course. I often walk to Taylor Creek and Stan Wadlow Park, or head down to the Beach for the boardwalk and waterfront. The convenience of the TTC and GO Train nearby means getting downtown or across town is quick and easy. "The Danny" has it all, and I'm confident this place will feel like home for you too.
