The Town's new Official Plan was approved on September 25, 2025, in part, with modifications. Until such time, the applicable policies of the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville Official Plan, 2004 continue to apply. Once approved, the land is anticipated to be designated for Industrial, Significant Environmental Area, and Rural Area.
